Finally, Restaurant App That Actually Works 🙌
I’ve tried so many apps that promise the world, but this one actually delivers. Revi keeps improving with new features all the time, and best of all—it’s free and way cheaper than apps like DoorDash or Uber Eats that charge tons of fees. I’m tired of paying $87 for two pizzas! Revi is helping me put money back in my pocket, and I love that I earn points and rewards on every transaction. Definitely a must-have app for restaurant lovers and owners alike.

Best app for ordering & rewards
Revi is my go-to app for ordering food. I love how I can see which restaurants my friends are ordering from—it makes it so much easier to try new spots with confidence. On top of that, the rewards system is fantastic! I’ve already earned free drinks and discounts just by ordering through the app. It feels like I’m saving money while discovering great restaurants at the same time. Vegetarian options
Please allow me to order a vegetarian burrito at Con El Sabor de Mexico at SFO. Silly that I can pick between two meat options, but no bean or vegetarian option.
Questionable business practices
Nondescript "service," even in person, and the virtual payment option magically stops working when you apply a coupon...
Not able to delete account data
I’ve filled out name/email/DOB/location etc. When I try to log in on web portal since the app has nowhere shows delete account information. The web portal forget password never sent my email a link to log in.
Vegetarian please
Please add more options in the app or kiosk to order things vegetarian. I can’t order a breakfast burrito as vegetarian, only options are two meats. Cook told me to order a veggie burrito, but there is no option to substitute egg and add potatoes like a veggie burrito. Similar issue with the house of teriyaki, can only add shrimp to chicken. I don’t eat chicken.

Good, but glitchy
Overall, I enjoy the app, but for some reason I now can’t buy new rewards with my tokens anymore. I wish they would fix that.
Privacy settings?
Orders I have placed appear in a feed of ‘nearby orders ‘ so others can see - and I can see theirs. How do I make my orders private (as they should be by default!!)
Aesthetics
I’m all about aesthetics. Love to see colors pop and appreciate the grayed out displays of my favorite spots that aren’t open at the moment. But show reminders for when they are!

No refunds
Order food from a closed restaurant at the time. Never received my money back .should not be able to order food from a closed restaurant. There are no # for customer service finally found a number. Was informed that they were going to send refund. Never received.
