Augie Did What My Bank Never Could
As a guy who’s been trying to rebuild his credit the right way, this card has been a solid move. Set it up, link your bills, and let it do its thing. Credit score is moving in the right direction and I’m not doing anything extra. It has helped more than I imagined.
Don’t Use
Do not use this app. They steal your money. They pulled money out of my bank account, and didn’t pay my bills. The card kept declining every time my phone company tried to charge it. I’ve tried to reach out to them multiple times and they will not respond. I’ve asked multiple times for a refund, and they won’t even refund my money.

Theft!
Stay clear of this company. I don't know what I was thinking signing up with them. Six months later they STEAL money from my bank account by adding subscriptions that you NEVER signed up for and they never told you about.
I got two messages from my bank, which I immediately contested and they WILL get me my money back and block this fraudulent company from stealing from my account again, stating that I got two charges. I checked the app, which I hadn't opened in 6 MONTHS! and it showed that I had "subscribed" to Target, which is a weekly charge of nearly 22 bucks! which I NEVER subscribed to, and Netflix, which is a monthly charge of nearly 13 bucks which I also never subscribed to. In fact, I USED to have Netflix but cancelled them a while back.
What makes matters worse, I sent TWO emails to Augie asking to be emailed to contest these charges and to cancel and delete the account since they are thieves and steal people's money without telling you, but they NEVER emailed back within the time frame I selected. No email at all. Nothing. Not even a text, which I selected as well.
No wonder this company only has 4 reviews, most likely from their own people as I see they are five star reviews, which is fake. The app won't even let me cancel the subscriptions, even though there is a button to "manage" them. I can't even cancel or close my account. What kind of a company is this???
I am reporting them to the BBB and to Trust Pilot for being fraudulent and thieves. Stay far away from them. If you do try them, don't punch in your bank info, they will steal your funds and call them "subscriptions" but I'm sure they pocket the money. I never got an email from Target or Netflix confirming these charges which is how I know this company is fraudulent. My bank will take care of them and I'll get my money back. That's all I care about.
