Finally know if HRT is actually working!
Apple Health and other menopause trackers are just too complicated for me and even I get stressed out when using them. My doctor told me she couldn't promise my HRT would actually work, and I had no way of knowing if it was helping. This app is such a lifesaver, it just goes through all my menopause stuff in Apple Health and gives me a super clear before and after. Finally, I can actually see what's working and what's a waste of time. I upgraded to the paid version because I wanted the deep dive on my meds and I have lots of data, but even the free version is amazing. Highly recommend!
