Negative - charged money to include a product called bioscale but they never sent it. What is more annoying is suddenly their entire team is silent and non responsive.
The whole program is promoted is as get the bioscale, connect to the app, work on nutrition etc. Unfortunately couldn’t do it all because they never delivered and are non responsive.
Very unprofessional.
