First time trying to use Gett. First driver never moved for over 5 minutes and I had to pay £5 cancellation fee for the pleasure. Next three drivers cancelled on me, got the bus instead.
Easy to use
While it’s sometimes expensive to take cabs in Israel, Gett makes it painless at least to order them directly to you.

Very expensive - prebooking does not advise the fare.
Far too expensive and full of hidden charges - I will probably use Uber in future. - after I have received my £10 overcharged fee!!!

Zero customer service
Has a monopoly so you’re stuck having to use them. No human contact only bots who don’t allow you to type in your query so you have to choose from the basic menu of options which address nothing. I left something in a cab once and there is no one to talk to. I tried ordering multiple rides because my group was too big but that’s not an option basically this app sucks
