You can’t use this app without a pop-up ad! You wanna turn on a light? Pop-up ad! Turn off a fan? Pop-up ad!! And you can’t do anything on the app until you close the ad! What moron thought that was a good idea?
Don’t buy the smart lock KD10 SE
This smart lock works great really good over Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth, however, this smart lock model uses AA batteries and even though you’re not using the smart 24 seven the battery still drained really quickly you’ll be replacing these batteries in two weeks.

Please, dear God, remove the annoying pop-ups every time I load the app/ ruins the positive experience!

The amount of ads that the app has is insane. The pop up that opens immediately is so annoying and unnecessary. I already own the product, which I won’t buy more of. I get ads but why sooooo aggressive
Don’t ever buy from GHome
I placed 2 orders over 2 weeks ago and found out today they are just now starting to prepare my order for shipment, so they haven’t even packaged it yet. From now on I’ll just buy the products on Amz. Also, the whole point was to automate my basement dehumidifier, now I find out the sensors I purchased are not able to be used for monitoring and the automations I setup don’t work. What a waste of time and money, GHome, never again!!
