Disconnected often

We bought the plug in switch to automate some lights in a hard to reach location, but every few months the app forgets the switches. Not reliable enough to use.

Terrible interface

I subscribed to track my electric usage which for one, it doesn’t even track the usage correctly (it makes you put the wattage of the item and then just assumes it uses that much power the whole time it’s on). Also if you subscribe to their plan, there is no where to unsubscribe which shouldn’t be allowed. I would give it 0 stars if I could

You all need to stop you ad pop ups that appear each time I open the darn app!

Ahhh yes nothing like having to swat away a bunch of ad pop ups when you are trying to turn your lights on. Not to mention the notifications that are also ALL ADS. Will never buy any items that use this app again.
