Intrusive & annoying ads
Every time I open or try to perform a function in the app, I’m interrupted by a pop up ad. I can’t even perform a simple action without an intrusively in my way, it is so damn annoying and wasteful. Hate this app!
Pop up ads constantly
The most recent update added a ton of pop up ads that pop up right when you are going to turn off/on something. They trick you into clicking on it. Before this I would have given five stars. The app is otherwise stable and works fine. But these pop up ads ruined it. Terrible.

Not sure who they had build this app, but it wasn’t a software developer. They didn’t test everything to make sure it works properly, at least for the doorknob. Can’t even set a passcode, which makes half of the function of the door knob useless.
Good app but….
A good app spoiled by their own adverts blocking out the app when changing between connected devices. Showing an advert once a day is ok, showing it every time I use the app is an unwelcome nuisance as I use the app several times each day. I am now looking for an alternative app that runs without adverts.

Pop up ads?! You’ve got to be kidding!!!
I paid for the plug. The phone app is essential in order for the plug to function. You have gall to start popping up intrusive ads on my phone this morning!! Where’s the option to turn off the ads? I had been considering buying more plugs, but as long as the ads persist this is no longer considered a reputable product to purchase.
