No tickets ever show. Unless you go to help and login an almost hidden link via there
Poor app
The app simply does not do what it advertises. As others have already mentioned, tickets do not show up in your account. No response from support when trying to reach out and ask where to find my tickets. Awful experience.

The app doesn’t work at all, I have to login to the website to get the ticket ☹️ there’s no point at all to use this app

Awful ticketing app that doesn’t even work. Please do not use or buy tickets through Gigantic. Because of technical issues with this app, which the venue couldn’t resolve, myself and others were denied entry to a gig on the day.

I wanted to give a zero rating, but 1 is as low as it goes! Tickets didn’t show up in spite of paying the supplemental charge. You get left on a page which says you have no tickets and I couldn’t get out of that. This was a major cause of stress when attending a big gig. Choose a different ticketing option and print out the QR code or you will be sorry
