Can’t access my account via the app.
I’ve had Gigi’s Cupcake app on my phone for years. I also can’t update the app in the App store to see my Gigi’s Cupcake rewards. I keep seeing the message about technical issues and try again. Even clicking on Gigi’s in the app, opens to their website and a 404 error.

App stopped working long ago
This app used to be great. For the past 2-3 months (maybe more), when you go to open the app to use it, it prompts for a non existent update. It has been like this for a while as you can see from other recent reviews….

We’re usually very pleased with the product, but last visit we ended up with some a bit dry, and that time and this visit both there seemed to be a limited selection of flavors. The employee today 2/10 was pleasant enough until another employee— could pass as her sister- arrived and the two became distracted talking to one another. I couldn’t even get my reward number entered into the computer before they began doing something that closed it out. She then instructed me to just do it on the app. Yes, thanks for that. Our gigi visits are destined to become less frequent

There were glitches on the payment screen and I couldn’t order a head of time, but overall it’s a nice app.

I was told when I added the app my points from the store would show up. It showed zero.

Best cupcakes ever!
They have the best cupcakes ever. Tender and moist cakes with mile high frosting. Staff is always so cheerful and friendly. I go in for 1 and come out with 3 lol. If you take them to parties they are the first things to go on the dessert table.

Not all locations in the app
Website for my local location directs me to the app, but app will not let me order from my location. Either update the website or update the app?
