System outdated
This app is in much need of improvement. I’ve used it for 4 years and have not seen any improvement. In fact, it glitches more now than it did 4 years ago.
Just no!
I feel sorry for the stylist that booked through this app. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for the last 10 minutes. I have restarted it several times and the app still keeps loading when I try to book my service. That poor stylist has lost a customer because of this app.
Likely promising but currently buggy
Tried to sign up as a client - went to read Ts&Cs and it wiped all my info. Then went to book an appointment and it wiped out appointment type. Then tried to book flexible and it might have sent a message to the person I picked. But not sure. My frustration level has been exceeded and I’ll resort to the phone…

Doesn’t work properly
I can’t use this app or the website on my laptop. I can use it on my phone and iPad but cannot use my credit card reader. Keep being told they are working on it and it will be a few days. It’s been almost 8 weeks.

Thank you for your review. The app is available on smart phones and tablets. There is currently no web based version for computer use. The Card Reader issue was resolved in late April. Please reach out to our tech support at support@ginasplatform.com for instructions of how to repair the reader with your app.
NOT barber approved
This app has so many issues. This is NOT good for barbers who take a lot of DAY OF appointments. It’s slow, it crashes ALOT, the SMS text reminding feature fails, whenever a client cancels and requests a new date it does not alert you of the newly requested date just the cancellation. The chip reader they offer stopped working 3 months into my usage and it has taken their S3 development team MORE than 3+ months to come out with an app update to fix this. Being told “QR/text” payments are the new way. Customer service is only done by email which is extremely frustrating. Overall, for the small business owner reading this just seek another system that will hit all the marks because this one won’t.
