Overall it’s easy to use but the biggest flaw is there’s no symbol from the schedule view to see if someone is a request. Why do I have to go into their history to see if they usually go to someone. How does that name any sense for barbershops or salons? That’s a standard feature that I don’t know why they don’t have

They make it really hard to cancel and they double charge you just use booksy

Doesn’t let me do transactions through squire and customer service never helps

The app keeps crashing, has multiple problems. The app will change your times or move customers times, when you try to get a hold of customer service, it’s almost nonexistent. It will take weeks sometimes months and problems will still not be resolved. would not recommend.
