Square is way better, and gives more to the user. In terms of loans and banking.
Very glitchy app, lost hundred of dollars on credit card not processing and glitched out during checkout.
Takes me multiple attempts to block my time on my schedule. Everytime I choose a time it either doesn’t register the action or glitches to where I can’t click anything.
Overall 4 years on the platform and they have yet to make any improvements. I’m done

i tend to go back to old app to organize my schedule because the new app doesn’t let me book on the 15 or 30 minute mark. definitely had a little more freedom there. but if you can update that, it would be perfect.

Overall it’s easy to use but the biggest flaw is there’s no symbol from the schedule view to see if someone is a request. Why do I have to go into their history to see if they usually go to someone. How does that name any sense for barbershops or salons? That’s a standard feature that I don’t know why they don’t have

Doesn’t let me do transactions through squire and customer service never helps
Customer service non existent.
The app keeps crashing, has multiple problems. The app will change your times or move customers times, when you try to get a hold of customer service, it’s almost nonexistent. It will take weeks sometimes months and problems will still not be resolved. would not recommend.

Extremely slow to load the client list, takes forever to book an appointment yourself. I absolutely hate that if you wanted to add on some extra time to a day, that it changes the whole entire schedule. It’s a long process to add extra time and then go back and make changes back. The blocked time setting is extremely obnoxious as well. I either accidentally block off my whole entire day or i put in a specific time and when I click submit, it completely changes the timing. just more frustration and makes me want to throw my phone at a wall. I miss using Square, I might move back to that. less headache

Worst system ever!
Do not go through this booking system for any of your shop needs. It’s absolutely terrible and the customer service is even worse. They’re constantly doing updates in the middle of shop hours so our entire system goes down. We have been missing money from our deposits. The customer service is nonexistent. Do not use this company for anything.

Do not use to run your business
Doesn’t secure payments so customers can block cards and payments won’t go through even if the customer is a no show. Not a good way to secure the bag at all. Also they charge fees to you and your clients per transaction on top of charging you a monthly fee. They are a greedy company that doesn’t look out for the barber at all. Don’t walk. RUN AWAY!
