Customer service non existent.
The app keeps crashing, has multiple problems. The app will change your times or move customers times, when you try to get a hold of customer service, it’s almost nonexistent. It will take weeks sometimes months and problems will still not be resolved. would not recommend.

Extremely slow to load the client list, takes forever to book an appointment yourself. I absolutely hate that if you wanted to add on some extra time to a day, that it changes the whole entire schedule. It’s a long process to add extra time and then go back and make changes back. The blocked time setting is extremely obnoxious as well. I either accidentally block off my whole entire day or i put in a specific time and when I click submit, it completely changes the timing. just more frustration and makes me want to throw my phone at a wall. I miss using Square, I might move back to that. less headache

Worst system ever!
Do not go through this booking system for any of your shop needs. It’s absolutely terrible and the customer service is even worse. They’re constantly doing updates in the middle of shop hours so our entire system goes down. We have been missing money from our deposits. The customer service is nonexistent. Do not use this company for anything.

Do not use to run your business
Doesn’t secure payments so customers can block cards and payments won’t go through even if the customer is a no show. Not a good way to secure the bag at all. Also they charge fees to you and your clients per transaction on top of charging you a monthly fee. They are a greedy company that doesn’t look out for the barber at all. Don’t walk. RUN AWAY!

Haven’t gotten direct deposit since Wednesday it’s Monday now not a holiday and this app jus doesn’t have good support it’s non existent if u need help
Cant get my money
I’ve been contacting them over and over about not being able to connect my bank account to the app and when clients book an appointment and prepay I can’t get my money and when customer support says I will receive the money when the issue is resolved, but the issue never gets resolved. This is the worst app and would not recommend this app if you’re a shop owner and care about your barbers. And on top of it there’s glitches all the time where it screws with the booking and your appointments you set for that day will be way off time or for another day. What a trash app!

First $30 subscription is absurd. Charged me $30 for October, then told me I couldn’t access my account because I owed $30 for September, they let me use the app for free in September for about 2 weeks but still wanted to charge me for the full month. They only want $$
