Great app
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and have never had any issues. Although I do think the interface could be reviewed and updated, it works with ease I feel like and I have never had any issues.
Cheats you out of rewards
I have been saving my rewards for my son’s birthday party and log on today and they are gone. The app is a headache to use and not worth it if they are going to steal the rewards before you use them and most of the time it’s not even available to order from my local restaurants even when I know they are open and taking orders.

Never works
This app will not work half the time! I’ve put in entire orders in to only get cart to check out and nothing be in and no way to check out. It always seems to not work when I have the $10 off. I wish they would fix it because it’s so much easier than ordering over the phone.
Needs some improvements
I wish the tech dept. could make it to where you can scan my receipts for points or link my phone number to it. Also everything I’ve ordered has done great but would love the option to be able to add toppings to the ham and cheese sub. Also add a feature to where you could select to be cut up in squares on pizzas because the restaurants don’t always read the notes

Spam and Phishing
while my local Giovanni's has the best pizza around, this app clearly sells customers' contact information because since downloading it, I have had a sudden upsurge in spam/phishing emails and text messages. I am keeping an eye on the activity of the card that I used on this app because it is clearly untrustworthy and I do not recommend downloading it although I do recommend eating at Giovanni's if you are in my town.
