Great app
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and have never had any issues. Although I do think the interface could be reviewed and updated, it works with ease I feel like and I have never had any issues.
Cheats you out of rewards
I have been saving my rewards for my son’s birthday party and log on today and they are gone. The app is a headache to use and not worth it if they are going to steal the rewards before you use them and most of the time it’s not even available to order from my local restaurants even when I know they are open and taking orders.

Never works
This app will not work half the time! I’ve put in entire orders in to only get cart to check out and nothing be in and no way to check out. It always seems to not work when I have the $10 off. I wish they would fix it because it’s so much easier than ordering over the phone.
Needs some improvements
I wish the tech dept. could make it to where you can scan my receipts for points or link my phone number to it. Also everything I’ve ordered has done great but would love the option to be able to add toppings to the ham and cheese sub. Also add a feature to where you could select to be cut up in squares on pizzas because the restaurants don’t always read the notes

Spam and Phishing
while my local Giovanni's has the best pizza around, this app clearly sells customers' contact information because since downloading it, I have had a sudden upsurge in spam/phishing emails and text messages. I am keeping an eye on the activity of the card that I used on this app because it is clearly untrustworthy and I do not recommend downloading it although I do recommend eating at Giovanni's if you are in my town.

Needs work
The application contains a lot of bugs. Menu items are missing, and deals aren’t properly coded to work. Other bugs prevent you from updating your personal information.
Update: no rewards
Wanted to place an order using my rewards coupon, had to update and now I have no rewards. That’s $100 spent and no reward now because of a faulty update. Very sad.

The app won't let me order. Keeps saying closed for relocation. Please fix
I’d give it a 5 star BUT
App is super easy to navigate and it’s very user friendly when adding ingredients and how you want them. HOWEVER, the part that really gets me is how it doesn’t work for military discount which would be fine if I had the option to pay at pickup. Maybe add the “pay at pickup” feature to allow military discount to be added.

Honest Review
User interface is rather rough. The way you need to add menu items into your cart feels wrong as if you’re going to lose your order progress. It took me a couple of minutes to understand and I could only imagine what it’s like for someone older who isn’t tech savvy to go through that same process. The order tracker doesn’t work either— like, at all. It feels as if this app was rushed and was put together with a laughable budget at the expense of the customers convenience.

Not in the shopping cart
The past 2 times I tried to use it the saved stuff wouldn’t go into my cart.
Doesn’t work
If you want it to see the menu then it works fine. If you actually want to order anything, good luck. I haven’t been able to get the checkout menu to open.
Bad design and bugs
No way to design. weird design to add stuff to cart.

It does exactly as it’s supposed to, except the “Track Order” screen doesn’t work at all.

Half Happy!
I downloaded this app so I could get the rewards & such but I have a problem with the app not giving me cheese on my order. It clearly states under toppings “extra cheese” which I didn’t want so I toggled it off but apparently that tells Giovanni’s I didn’t want cheese at all. Please fix this, calling the store didn’t matter, they said they don’t have any idea of how the app works. So frustrated.

What’s the point of having an app with delivery if it excludes anyone who isn’t feeding an entire family?
