What's New in Girth PE Tracker
1.1.0
August 4, 2026
Your week card, rebuilt • Today's week card is new. Each day is a progress ring, so a day that is half done looks half done. • Four layouts to choose from: Sessions row, Progress bars, Volume goal and Track. Pick one in the card settings. • Every exercise keeps its own colour in the charts. Reordering your routine no longer reshuffles them. • A session beyond your plan is marked as extra instead of being counted twice. • A missed day is marked with a dashed outline, so you can tell it apart without relying on colour. • The week bar no longer sits at zero for exercises counted in reps. Reminders that arrive on time • Picking 20:00 for your session reminder now saves 20:00. In some time zones it was saving an hour later. • Inactivity and measurement reminders no longer shift depending on what time of day you open the app. Time estimates that match reality • Each exercise now carries its own time per set. Three sets of 30 Kegels used to count as 45 minutes. They now count as 9. • Opening an exercise no longer wipes the per set durations you configured. • Switching a target between minutes and hours keeps your values instead of resetting them. • Custom exercises can change unit after you create them. Backup and CSV that actually work • Export now produces a real file. Save it to Files, open it in Numbers or Excel, and import it back. • Importing a CSV no longer stops at the first odd row, and impossible dates are rejected instead of breaking your charts. • Importing the same file twice no longer duplicates everything. • Restoring a backup brings back your routine, reminder settings, privacy choice, card layout and chart colours, and reschedules your reminders. Logging a session • Tapping Finish session twice no longer logs it twice. • A new session no longer asks whether you want to discard it when you have not changed anything. • Notes are on the session screen. Write one, and read it later. • Changing the exercise mid session resets the timer and the reminder for the new exercise. • Editing a set no longer replaces the load you originally logged. Your routine • You can clear your routine by saving an empty week. • Closing My Routine with unsaved edits now asks first. • You can choose which days an exercise runs on from inside the exercise itself. Progress • Your consistency heatmap no longer shows missed days from before you had a routine. • The newest bar on the volume chart is measured against the days that have passed, not the whole month. • A chart never mixes two different units on the same axis. • You can switch which measurement a chart shows from inside the chart, and the card remembers. Photos • An imported photo lands on the day it was taken, read from the photo itself. • Tap the date on a photo to move it to another day. • New grid: taller thumbnails that do not crop, grouped by day. • You can save a progress photo to your camera roll. The app moves now • Opening the app is one continuous moment, with no jump from the launch screen. • Buttons, tabs, sheets, the month change on the Calendar and the rings on Progress all animate. • Numbers count up instead of appearing all at once. • Reduce Motion is respected. Subscription, privacy and stability • A bad connection no longer sends you to the paywall. If the store cannot be reached and you are a subscriber, you stay in. • No more black flash when you switch tabs right after opening. • Fixed a crash when opening the measurement screen. • The app asks only for Face ID and photo library access. Camera and microphone were removed. • The privacy text now describes exactly what stays on your device and what does not.
