Stripe Reader won’t Pair
The app renders the Stripe Reader useless when you can’t get it to pair
Will not fully pair
App freezes and will not fully pair with Bluetooth device. Attempted many times with instructions to turn off Bluetooth, close app, restart app, restart Bluetooth and pairing process only turning on device once in the app. Tried it all. Gets to would you like to pair pop up, PAIR selected and it just freezes.

Rebranding gone bad
Since the “updated rebranding” from Memberhub this app is full of glitches! It kept crashing, freezing, kicking us out while we we were extremely busy at back to school night selling spirit wear and memberships. Extremely frustrating! In addition the products are sorted completely random! They don’t match the sort for our website store and there is no way to fix the sort in the app. Extra time consuming to find the right products!!
Also the “Read Instructions” and “Contact Support” just open a blank white screen, useless!! Please make some bug fixes ASAP before our next school event!!!

worthless app
you can’t enter any info or even review your members, why does this app even exist?
App not working
App is stuck on choose an organization. App won’t allow me to make a choose. I’ve logged out and back in several times and the app remains stuck at the same screen. I have not been able to even use the app.
Great for concessions!
Selling snacks during middle school sporting events has never been easier! It gives me the opportunity to accept more than just cash and I love that it connects to MemberHub payout reports. The double aspect of quick payments plus mimicking my store has really helped with selling membership and spirit wear too!

Can’t Get Pass Choose Organization Screen
Can’t login. I keep getting a blank ‘Choose Organization’ screen. I am able to login via the website but the app is just not working.
Crashed from the minute I downloaded.
I’ve been attempting to use the app; however, the app keeps crashing when attempting to select my organization. I have yet to even be able to use the app.
Can’t add to cart
App is requiring to connect to an e-reader and not adding purchases to the cart from the app.
