Y12 has been my bank since the 70’s back when you had to work at Y12/Union Carbide or be a family member. They have been nothing but great for all my banking needs.

I don’t want to write a review

You have asked me to write a review more times than I can count in the last two months. Nearly every time I open this app. I have told you “no” every time. So, since you are essentially forcing me to write this review by asking over and over, here it is.

So difficult to log in

It takes ages to get logged into to app because it has a loading screen “please wait” that takes at least 5-10 minutes each time. It’s not just with me my husband has the same issue on or off WiFi and no matter the location. It’s a bug in the app
