Switching banks ASAP
The app is terrible compared to first state financial. There should be an available balance and a pending balance based on what is coming out. I've never been seen a banking app without this feature.

What happened to mobile deposit?
Logged in to the mobile app today, and the mobile deposit option is missing. Why? Very inconvenient.
Edit: Found mobile deposit hidden in a menu. Not sure why they removed it from the bar on the home page.

Doesn’t work properly
Cannot pay mortgage on the app. Paid in person then the app says I’m past due. Cannot pay towards the principal.

Memo line for mobile deposit
Since the rollout of the new app I have talked to several people and sent emails, but no one seems to have the power or knowledge to add the memo line back in to the mobile deposit feature. It was in the old app, but now seems to be an impossibility to put back. I’m learning to live with the incompetence. I’m weary from chasing this elementary task.

What happened?
I loved this app and last week there was an update and now it’s very hard to navigate and pretty ugly. I used to use it all the time but now I don’t even want to open it. It is very user unfriendly all of a sudden.
Mobile Deposit
I don’t think it is fair that you have taken a way my mobile deposit, I think this is unfair as my husband has cd’s with y12. I would like for you to consider adding mobile deposit back to my account. Thank you in advance
Best place to bank
I have accounts at a couple banks. Only opened the one at Y12 to finance a vehicle. That was the best banking move I’ve ever made. Two cars and several loans later I still praise the services from Y12. Never had a bad experience from any of their locations.

Horrible Paymemt Methods
Ok I am going to be flat honest you guys really should get internal Zelle Portal like Chase Bank it makes it so much easier and more people have that. The internal pay a person is not easy and there is no way to change the security question or find the answer, also when trying to do an internal transfer I can’t add anyone’s account even though all the information is correct. Please make it simpler or something better.
