Withdrawing funds is not easy
I have tried several times to withdraw the funds for our now closed fundraiser and the page will not load to add my bank info. You guys have our donations and no way to get the money. Please do better. I will be contacting my donors to file claims against their donations if we cannot access the funds asap.

A Few More Features Needed for App
Love the system and how intuitive it is. We would love if the Engage newsletter feature could be added to the app to track. It is a key part of our outreach - which we often do in the field.

Quick but poor help for charity
You can login and give quickly, but as Treasurer, I need to print out the lists of Donors, and send them a thank you note (for considerably less than $2.50 each). I also need a way to deposit the donations into our bank account. None of that is here!

You spend time creating a fabulous meal because the city said many people would show up only to find out you need to bring in all the guest to the dinner party yourself. This app does not promote at all, it’s just middleware with fees

There’s no share link to invite people. Is not cut and dry like GoFundme. I put all my information in and signed up but no one can see my fundraiser.
Not super helpful for administration
This app is easy for donating, which is great. As an admin tho, I can’t do anything helpful in here. I can’t even see entire campaigns.
No sign up option.
There’s no option to sign up, or create an account, the only option on the first screen when you open the app is (sign in) and (forgot password?)
Log in issues
Give Butter is a great resource, but their Ap will not let me log into my account. What a pain….
