High failure and crash rate
Although the app (and the web version) are nice and convenient when they work, they both have a very high failure or incomplete rate. I often have to try multiple times to get my church donations through. Sometimes I can’t tell until later whether it did or not. This application AND website is just too unreliable and unpredictable. Further, customer support is virtually non-existent. If you are considering this service for your institution, I would look elsewhere.

Love the Co, Hate the App
Only had it 2 days and it’s crashed 3 times and continues to be dysfunctional. So sad ... really want to use it and spread the word about our cause.

This app is literally terrible, so many problems, very difficult to use. Too many problems to list, just try to use it and you’ll find out
App does not work
iPhone App opens to a screen saying “You are using a browser that is not supported by this web site,” and it offers a bunch of old desktop web browser options. Excuse me? I sense a scam. No reviews in over a year and those were all made at the same time.
Super easy giving!
Really like the app. It's made giving to my church really simple and easy. Editing my recurring donation was easy as well.
