Good app but a few issues

Love the idea but finding a few issues using the app on an iPhone:
- cannot post an update. No error message, tapping Post does nothing
- total raised lags behind the donations listed. No obvious way to update the total donations eg no pull down to update
- couldn’t see how to change the name against your donation though I think it’s in there somewhere
- message added to a donation wasn’t posted against the donation

Great app

So easy to use !

Best fundraising app I’ve used

Love this app! Using GiveStar makes donating super easy. The Tap-to-Donate feature is brilliant—just tap your phone and boom, donation done. No fuss, no digging for cash or cards. The app’s really straightforward and shows you exactly where your money’s going, which I really like. Makes supporting charities way less of a chore and honestly a bit fun. Would definitely recommend!

5* Service

Cannot recommend Givestar enough.
I was recommended to get in touch with them by a friend in the events industry as we’d been having issues with JustGiving to get a local charity set up.
Within 24 hours of contacting GS Hannah came back to me and that afternoon I was able to set up the fundraising campaign.
Such efficiency but also that personal approach. Nothing was too much trouble.

Even when I went back recently with a query of how to then get the funds through to the charity again Hannah came back to me with in less than 24 hours.

The future of fundraising

Created a campaign for the London Marathon and smashed my target. Great app.

Recommend

Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone fundraising, so much easier for your friends and family to keep track of than other websites.

Using for all fundraising going forward

Best fundraising platform out there

Best fundraising platform out there. It is essentially a (vertical) social network for good. Think Strava for exercise, Linkedin for work and GiveStar for philanthropy.
