Could use a little update
So far this has been an ok experience.... however I have a few quality of life suggestions to fix some minor annoyances. Firstly if I have the app open but in the background, the computer will lock after a short period of time. Even when the phone is less than a foot away from the receiver. It is quite annoying to be typing an email and the system locks mid sentence. Fixing this would allow me to keep my phone in my pocket when I get to my desk in the morning with my hands full. Currently if I have the app open but in the background, the system will not unlock until I pull my phone out of my pocket. Unlock it and open the app. It would be nice to just walk up to the system and it unlocks just like the halberd fob. If I close the app all together, my system immediately locks. This is a mild annoyance as I accidentally close the app all the time. Would be nice if the desktop software had some type of timeout that could be adjusted like it does for the halberd fob.

Convenient and ingenious
I’ve been using this company’s brand for years and although it was shaky in the beginning, it’s come such a long way. The automatic lock feature is convenient and is imperative when working in a facility where information needs to be secured constantly. Glitches very occasionally but the updates and technical support team has constantly helped fix the problem quickly.

Yay! I don’t have to type my password
I really hate typing my password all the time between work and home. This app makes it really easy to log into my PC, no typing required.
Not ready for prime time
I love the company and I love the niche they are trying to fill. I understand that the IOS limitations prevent the application to work the way it is intended and it breaks my heart.
It is just wildly unreliable. If you don’t have the app running in the foreground, then it won’t unlock the workstation. I should be able to let the app run in the background and unlock the workstation.
