Also here from Australia and fan of SRS. app works great. AU burner numbers would be great but early days. I don’t have a lot of experience in this area but the app is simple to use, Does what it says and in my opinion is priced very well for the service you’re getting. Great work. I love this app for my iPhone. When will you be releasing this on the App Store on MacBook computers to protect my laptop and data while I’m traveling?
Flawed
Been using the VPN which is ok thus far. Purchased a burner number and after multiple attempts it’s not worked or allowed me to utilize what I’ve payed for. And for that reason I give it 2 stars. Needs more work, isn’t a finished product.
Great app
I have been very pleased so far with this app. One cool thing that I would like to see available is the option to see the websites that have been detected as tracking. I think it would be beneficial, if it’s coming from specific apps, etc, I would like to get rid of them if possible.

Auto VPN
Loving the app so far. Very impressed! Would love to have an auto VPN feature so I don’t have to go in and turn it on every single time. Other than that, no gripes thus far! Most likely will be signing up for the annual subscription once this month is up. Never thought I would get an app like this but it’s making a difference that’s for sure!!

Glacier for MacOS
I think it would be amazing if you could have the app for MacOS. If you think about what the app does on your phone you can perform all the same things from your MacBook. I think it would be worth investigating if it is possible and it could be an additional revenue stream.
Huge supporter by the way
I’ve had the app for about two months now pretty much as soon as it was released, was working really solid until about 5 or 6 days ago. Lately it seems like I can’t even get through a full song on iTunes, or a single YouTube short without my phone having to buffer or load, thinking it was my phone I’ve restarted, ensured it was up to date, even on WiFi I’d have disconnected issues where texts wouldn’t go through or wouldn’t load a simple webpage. Well the very second I disconnected the vpn magically everything started working lightning fast again and service is back to normal. Not 100% sure if that was the issue but I’d say it’s a pretty solid process of elimination. I’ll continue to pay for app to support but idk what the true root cause is just yet. I connected to NordVPN and phone continued to work smooth, I’ll check back with glacier to see if it was just a bug that needs to be updated or what soon.

Good but regular small issues
It’s a great idea from a trusted source and the app does function, but I have to turn the DNS/VPN off and back on multiple times a day to get my internet to work and it’s keeps giving errors when I try to switch my VPN location.
Really fast, no lag, and secure
Easy and intuitive. Really need a Mac iOS version. I have a separate vpn for this but man it would be good to just have it all consolidated. I encourage everyone to look at where other vpns are based out of and who owns them. At least with this, i have some relative peace of mind on origin and why it was created.

On my daughters phones and wifes phone with a burner for her as well as mine to use with all transactions that aren’t friends and family.
So many issues
Have been looking forward to this app since Shawn talked about it a year ago. States that VPN can slow or limit connection. When it is turned on, my phone connection completely vaults. Cannot use any other application or data when connected to the VPN. Big flaw for a security app where a major use for it is VPN. Also using DNS completely shuts down all internet use when on cellular. Absolutely drains phone battery when anything is connected in the app. Contacted support and they said data was flowing through DNS, but never loading for me. No recommendations on how to fix it or have the app work properly. Overall, this app could not be more disappointing.
