Worst app ever
It’s not my phone it’s a new iPhone this app is so glitchy and takes so long to do anything and have the time it won’t let me log in wouldn’t recommend using this insurance either
Improved Over Time!
The app has improved, and after two weeks and sending an email I was able to regain access, and have continued to regain access with zero issues. I hope the company continues to improve the app, and make it more user-friendly and less issues with using it. I am glad to see some improvements!
Great App!
The App is amazing when it works and has no issues - convenient to use and easy to manage from the palm of my hand! Glacier is amazing, friendly customer care and affordable insurance! We saved so much by switching to Glacier. I hope the app continues to get better and have less technical problems in the future. Great company overall.

Can’t even sign into account
You would think you can at least sign into your account and look at your details like, monthly payments upcoming, and all your details… at this rate I just want to be able to sign in.
I put my username and password in and always says invalid when I know it isn’t, even changed my password and still same thing, this app needs a major update/overhaul

No Service
The app and the website has given me issues to log in and make a simple payment. I’ve contacted IT department and sent emails with screenshots and no service or response has been provided. Terrible.

This app is terrible I can NEVER sign into it and haven’t been able to in about 6 months I give it -2000. Come on your an insurance company get your stuff up and working for your customers like seriously!!!!!!!
App not working
The app was working until they tried doing updates and now they keep telling me oh well we reset it and it never is updated if I could give zero stars I would or negative needs fixed ASAP. I am paying for it so I should have it right to be able to use it. I understand normal updates, but it has been down for several months.

Can’t log in.
Worst experience ever. I was able to log in one time! That was the very first day. Ever since it says invalid username or password. Even though i literally just reset them 30 seconds ago. It won’t even let me log in on the website. I’ve tried reaching out to them and get no response. DIS IS BULLS**T!

Worst app ever I can’t ever log in to review my insurance policy. I’ve trying for couple days now n it won’t let me in!! I need in to finish my inspection since this company doesn’t send physical copies of the insurance documents!!! So I can even print out the documents I need! This isn’t the first time it’s happened I was pulled over n couldn’t provide insurance because of this dumb app!!

Garbage!!! This app is garbage. It’s the 6th day in a row and I still can’t login to my account to make payment

This app takes ages logging in, can’t see who’s all listed, what coverages on which vehicles nothing! Won’t be renewing, already switched companies all bc the app is purely inconvenient as I’m extremely busy working schooling & studying for updates to my job, raising kids caring for sick family members & an ailing pet. Like WHAT is this app?!

Terrible app. It runs like garbage, crashes all the time. You can’t see if you’re set up for automatic payments or even add/delete a payment method. When you pay for your plan monthly it just says “use card on file” but never gives you info on what card it’s using or the ability to change it.

I’ve tried multiple times to pay on the app and on the actual website and it won’t let me put my payment through! Where it says “Pay Amount” button never lets you click it. What’s the point of creating a app for it to be so useless
Not a good app
The whole point of having an app is convince to pay when it’s due when you need instead of calling. This app NEVER works. Not good for busy people, people that do their bill paying during graveyard shifts or just people that don’t want to have to make a phone call every bill period without auto draft.
