Worst app ever
It’s not my phone it’s a new iPhone this app is so glitchy and takes so long to do anything and have the time it won’t let me log in wouldn’t recommend using this insurance either
Improved Over Time!
The app has improved, and after two weeks and sending an email I was able to regain access, and have continued to regain access with zero issues. I hope the company continues to improve the app, and make it more user-friendly and less issues with using it. I am glad to see some improvements!
Great App!
The App is amazing when it works and has no issues - convenient to use and easy to manage from the palm of my hand! Glacier is amazing, friendly customer care and affordable insurance! We saved so much by switching to Glacier. I hope the app continues to get better and have less technical problems in the future. Great company overall.

Can’t even sign into account
You would think you can at least sign into your account and look at your details like, monthly payments upcoming, and all your details… at this rate I just want to be able to sign in.
I put my username and password in and always says invalid when I know it isn’t, even changed my password and still same thing, this app needs a major update/overhaul

No Service
The app and the website has given me issues to log in and make a simple payment. I’ve contacted IT department and sent emails with screenshots and no service or response has been provided. Terrible.
