amazing app for drag and drop
has everything a user needs to quickly add and retrieve items
a little input:
- would love an alternative option to get the app in the upper (colored) part of the sharesheet because these slots are usually less occupied so users can keep their existing lower (grey) menu item slots
- an option to sort/select entries by file type instead of tags (especially in keyboard) would be desirable
- an option to switch default tap action of keyboard entries from „text“ to „copy“
- the keyboard sometimes shows all three items per line but most of the time only teo with a giant space inbetween. i assume this is a bug

Yes!!! No duh!
I'm a dev. I know clipboard management, db juggling, caches, tmp~, etc. (no pun)...Which is why I'm so glad Gladys exists. A gem as fundamental as hydrogen.

Meep in Gladys not working
the extension keep in gladys is not working in my iphone with ios 16 . Once pressed the button it opens a window asking the label and name (Note & Labels) but after nothing is shown in the app, there is just a new Zero KB entry. this is valid for every type of export or selection, text or images
More labels?
Very useful app, but more labels would be useful (limited to 10, it seems).

Pinching out on a locked item will show that item rather than presenting a password prompt.

Really Excellent
Essential if you want to get Drag and Drop to behave the way you want. My favourite use for Gladys is pulling in a dragged item and then dragging out one representation of the item so I can specify which one I want. For example, I usually don't care about formatting on text so I can choose to grab just the plaintext and drop that into the next app.

Copy to clipboard freezes app in iOS 16
Pressing and holding an item and selecting ‘copy to clipboard’ or opening an item, tapping the hamburger menu, then tapping ‘copy to clipboard’ freezes the app. It will eventually crash if left open, but faster to force quit it.
Indispensable application
For someone that feels like Dory from Finding Nemo most days, Gladys is an indispensable part of my memory. Found something cool? It’s in Gladys. Saved that favorite gif? Gladys. Need a helper to truly multitask on phone or iPad? Gladys. Need to get something from one device to another but don’t trust Universal Copy? Gladys.
I’ve tried all of the shelf apps, Gladys has been on my Home Screen and Share Sheet for a long time due to its consistent reliability, many apps don’t get my share or paste, Gladys always catches.
I’ll be sad when this dev retires, but I’m grateful everyday that they made and released Gladys.

Copy to clipboard crashes
In iOS 16.0.2, so probably not related to copy paste bug.
It’s free it’s supported and it’s useful

App davvero favolosa ed efficientissima su ogni dispositivo Apple. Magari darei qualche occasione di personalizzare colori o icona, ma si tratta di sciocchezze in confronto al reale valore dell'applicazione. Complimenti allo sviluppatore!
