Absolutely dismal on boarding
Would love to use this app, but it won’t let me sign in with Apple, then creating a separate login it won’t let me in, and yes, I did confirm my email. The idea of these apps, not harder
App not loading
I can’t search anything. It won’t load.
Fix sign in problem
Fix hosts having to sign in every single time we use the app. Airbnb doesn’t have this issue. VRBO doesn’t have this issue. Hipcamp doesn’t have this issue.
Scam company, beware!
Scam company that tricks users by showcasing that they offer a 24 hour free cancellation when they really don't. If you want to keep your money, don't use them
Doomed to fail
I was excited when I found Glamping Hub and saw how much lower their fees were than competitors. However, when I sent the booking request for my chosen rental, I could see it for a short amount of time but then it disappeared without saying my request was denied/accepted. There was no trace of there ever being a booking request in archived or anywhere. I was worried this glitch would cause me to be charged and my rental information to be lost, causing me to lose hundreds of dollars.
I called their support several times, each time it rang and went to a voicemail which said to leave a message and they would call back, which did not happen. I also sent them a message and did not receive a response from that either.
So, eventually I went to VRBO, found the same listing and messaged the owner, who thankfully took care of this and I happily paid the extra fees to book through VRBO and feel like I was dealing with a much more reputable business, and immediately knew I had my rental booked.
I definitely would not book through this glitchy app/website, because in addition to my pending booking disappearing most pages would not load or only half of the page would load. I experienced this in both their website and the app.
I was really hopeful to find a business with much lower fees, but with as many problems as this had I don’t foresee them being around very long unless they make some major changes and fixes.

As a host, so happy to finally have an app instead of only a website to manage bookings. Now if the app would only remember my login info so I don’t have to type it every-single-time, it would be perfect.
