Can’t login
All of a sudden I can not login to the app. Says it can’t send me a lost password email because my email isn’t recognized. So frustrating!!!! Less than 1 star!!!!
Best looking/ worst functioning
Hardware looks great. But it’s not smart. And can no longer even control it from my phone. At all. It won’t even log in. And when it did, you had to enter your email and password every single time. Terrible.

Update now.. app opens and I select sign in and the screen goes blank. Before it took forever but at least I could log in. What the heck is the problem with this app! It takes at least 3 mins to load then about 4 mins to sign in. Why is there no facial recognition to sign in? Bring this up to date PLEASE!!!!!

Won’t let me make an account
So I moved into a new home that had a glas thermostat installed. Looked it up and saw I can connect to an app to change the temp of my home from my phone and thought it was a great idea. However after trying 3 different emails it will NOT let me make an account. So I thought maybe it was still linked to whoever use to live here and reset the entire device and tried again. Still no luck, so I went online to try to make an account and they don’t have a way to create an account online. So idk what I’m doing wrong but what’s the point of an app that you can’t even create an account on. I’d give it 0 stars if it was an option. I haven’t given up tho and will update if I ever I’m ever aloud to create one.

Can’t get signed in!!
I’ve been unable to sign in through the app, for as long as I can remember!! I’ve deleted the app, cleared the data, and tried to start over, only for it to tell me I’ve already got an account!! The thermostat works great, but the app is HORRENDOUS!!!! I’d give ZERO SRARS, if I could, mainly for the app!!

Can’t even make an account
I’ve must have tried at least 3 different emails to make an account to even try and use this stupid app to no avail. Every time I get a failure notification asking if I have an account already. Don’t know why I’d need 3 different emails with 3 different accounts so I know I don’t. Not to mention the loading time for the app to start up. Might as well get up and change it yourself because your gonna be waiting a good minute to load in. But I’ve never got to use the app so maybe that changes if your allowed to make an account who knows. Good luck to all others tho!!

App no longer functions
After JCI Discontinued the GLAS thermostat it seems the app will not allow anyone who unfortunately purchased this device to create an account..
App Doesn’t Work
I used to be able to login and control my thermostat via the app, but as of the last 6 months it gets stuck spinning when logging in and then times out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still no luck. The app is useless now
Waste of time
App is garbage. Never updated / fixed. If you just got the thermostat for this, you should absolutely return it. Not worth it at all.

This company is trash. Bought a couple of these but after 2 years they decide not to update the app and now you can’t control it with your phone. If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY!!! Go get a google nest or something better.
DON’T BUY ONE COMPLETELY BROKEN
App is completely useless doesn’t load at all. Since they are on, supported and discontinued by Microsoft, these are just wall-mounted thermostats at this point. No smart functionality of that a very simple limited scheduling system.

It has NEVER saved my username ( which is my long email address that has to be typed every time) and of course also does not save passwords. It also blocks apple from saving the passwords to literally have to type everything every time I open the app (if it opens)

Can’t log in anymore, app is discontinued and obsolete, it’s kind of useless now without the app.

Horrible app
This app takes forever to initialize and then takes even longer to sign in if it even does, which it doesn’t and just fails. I have been able to sign in only once which was a miracle. I am a HVAC contractor and sell their products and I would not recommend this at all to my customers. I would have them buy a nest over this and I’m not a fan of the nest.
