Stole Money and don’t reply

I downloaded this app and then forgot about it. Next thing you know, they’ve been charging me a monthly fee since June, it’s now the middle of February. When I go into the account, it says I’m on free. So why are they charging me. I’ve sent emails and no one‘s bothered to get back to me. I would be very careful. I am very disappointed and feel super ripped off.

This has been refunded. We should have told you that directly instead of leaving your emails unanswered, and that part is on us. For anyone reading this, here is how the billing works. The plan and the price are shown before you confirm, auto renewal is part of the terms you agree to at that point, and the payment is verified at the time of purchase. Nothing starts quietly in the background, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Doesn’t even grab a transcript from YouTube. There’s plenty of better read later apps out there. I would like to see a way for YouTube videos to be shared to the glass app where the transcript and maybe ai tools like summary or queries are available. Being then able to export with title original link whatever else to a notes app?!??

Pretty good highlighting app

Decent syncing across platforms.

Only problem is that it is sometimes buggy and can’t highlight certain words or combinations of words on iOS and iPadOS

Great innovative app

The app got me through uni. Constantly reading research articles and knowing everything I’ve highlighted can be found in one place and organised. Worked flawlessly on my MacBook. When using it on my iPad unfortunately it’s got a few hiccups. Sometimes it works on safari & often doesn’t work. Sometimes it highlights notes & sometimes just stops working or won’t sign me in. But it works flawlessly on my MacBook. Thank you for creating such a cool app, please keep it going
