I hate indeed
Indeed is one of the shadiest companies ever, they sold my information to scammers so they could steal my money. I got glass door to avoid indeed, so I would never have to deal with indeed ever again. But Glassdoor keeps sending me over there so what’s the point
Need to cycle out fake or bait accounts as well as listings that are past a week outdated
Easy ways to apply. Ai word generator makes it easy to tailor account to jobs that are applying for without having to edit resume. What would be great is an option to copy resume and edit it within the application and save copies but seems that would be a much too basic America in 2026. Japan could never! However even this doesn’t get you interviews. We Need Guaranteed interviews instead of waisting time filling out applications for nothing. Gone are the days where you can just get training and fit in a job by the next week or day. They want you to be ready with experience. Thanks to the current administration it’s even harder. Need an option for selecting jobs for paid training or sign on bonuses by itself. I know that’s not going to be offered except for a few low end paying position jobs. Best to start your own business folks.

Cannot login without giving a phone number
I deleted the application after I saw that giving a phone number was mandatory now to login. They try to justify it due to security checks, but they also specify it might be used to send communication from Indeed. And of course, no visible way to opt-out from these communications on their login page. No, I do not want to give you my phone number for you to send me unwanted communications.

Too many jobs posted outside of the geographical bounds you specify
For the jobs that are in bounds it’s good. But when the list returns say, 100 jobs why are 73 of them for outside the geographical region you specify. That’s wasting MY time. So either the app needs to improve its validation of the display OR when the job is created you cannot have it placed into a different geographic area.

How rude is it to put a job vacancy title in English and have the entire job description in Spanish super rude super discriminatory because 95% of people who speak Spanish are Hispanic race meaning they’re only choosing to advertise the job to people equivalent of Spanish race

Okay, but too many interruptions
I hate apps that push you to opt in to things and the Glassdoor app does it a bit too much. Every time I apply to a job, asking me to opt in to employers and getting notifications about the job i’m looking for every single time is annoying. Other than that, it’s a good app.

Use Ai to do a better job at job matching. I see about 90% roles not relevant to my profile
Useful app
This app provides great opportunities for work in the DFW area and other surrounding areas. I get notifications for related jobs that I’m interested in.
Still considering my rating for this app but to get it to stop asking me I just put this for now.
I’ll add a star if it actually provides what it says it does.

Why add unnecessary AI?
Opened the app this morning and was forced to fill out questions that will let an AI helper find me jobs. I DO MOT WANT THIS. I don’t like anything to do with AI and I am seriously disappointed that I literally could not exit out of the AI questionnaire. These things should always have an Opt Out button.
Also, why do we need an AI search agent when the app has been working fine for years??? This is just to make job search harder for people

Not quite
Most of the jobs are not something that I’m qualified for, or I would have obviously no interest in. I do not have a real estate license, I am not bilingual, and I am not a mechanic. There’s no way to remove jobs that I’m not interested in and they simply flood the pages instead of taking unnecessary items from the page and giving me jobs that I can actually apply for.
