AI ruins the experience
The new ai popup makes the app much harder to use. The information isn’t relevant and it is frustrating have to fight to navigate the app traditionally. I know what I want to search for and the ai adds no value.
This app sucks
Why are you showing me jobs that are 300 miles away when I have it set for 25 and then the jobs in my area seems like there’s only 20 even though I’m in the middle of a big city because every job I clicked on it already applied

Phiston Technology is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. It is a growing company with a strong team environment. From the founder and CEO to the inspectors, general manager, mechanical engineers, technicians, and other employees, everyone works together as a team.
There is a strong level of respect among employees, and everyone understands their responsibilities. To me, Phiston feels like a great community, not just a workplace.
The company also supports its employees by providing tools, PPE, work boots, and other necessary equipment. They even provide lunch several times a week, depending on the branch and location.

Limited , communication after applying
I’ve applied to several job openings that appeared to be available, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or meaningful follow-up regarding my applications. Better communication and updates throughout the hiring process would make the experience much more transparent and respectful of candidates’ time.

I find it infuriating that AI just goes in and completely goes over what I wrote and changes it. I do not want what I wrote changed. If I wanted it changed, I would ask! get the AI out and just use it as an option.
Ai popup makes it unusable
Please fix the ai bubble in mobile app. Makes it impossible to scroll job postings because it takes up more than half the screen and you cant scroll “past”

Horrible suggestions
I signed up for job alerts in three cities surrounding my locations, but yet it still sends me notifications for jobs completely out of my state or even randomized states that I would have no business job searching in. This is probably the worst app I’ve ever used to job search.

I’m so annoyed by having to re-select “remote” and all my other preferences every time I type in a new job title.

Mobile phone number required for "your protection" despite having 2FA enabled via a security key.
Stupid banner
There is a banner to update the app but there is no way to remove it . It stops you from filing an application unless you keep attempting to remove it.
This AI overview update is terrible
Get rid of it, or at least make it a sub menu and go back to the previous app layout.
