Unhelpful, don’t trust it
Can’t see all reviews for a company unless you post a review. Find that weird if you’re researching a company before accepting a position. So people should just post fake reviews to see actual reviews? And now they boast that reviews can’t be removed by companies. Strange, my old company removed all the bad reviews. Don’t trust this.

This app allows companies that are known to commit tax fraud with fake listings both franchise and corporate.
Consider it’s owned by the same low IQ group as indeed, that’s to be expected.
What I absolutely will not tolerate is the 8 repetitive harassing emails you get a day. All jobs that will ghost you, mind you. It’s likely a paid thing.
Regardless move on. You can rate companies on every single job site now. They’re just the only ones who advertise it.

Salaries are misleadingly inflated
I had a theory that all of these salaries in my industry are way higher than they should be, so I entered my own and it listed the range as 50-100k higher than what it is. If people applying ask anywhere close to these numbers, they will price themselves out of consideration.

If you want jobs in a specific location, go to another app.
I ask for jobs (any jobs) in a specific area. What do I get? 85% of the jobs aren’t even in the same country. It’s a waste of time.
However, if you’re in for a job of playing cat-and-mouse for job hunting, this is the app for you. But then you probably have too much time on your hands and this app fills that void in your life.

No concern for user privacy
The recent forced linked to my indeed account is unacceptable. I value you my privacy and just won't use your product further
they messed up our data (eg many uk companies are now stated to be in US and Dollars)
i work for a uk ftse100, one of the largest employer in uk. a year ago all the salaries have suddenly become in is dollar and united states based, despite the fact there is no actual employee in us.

IT WON’T FIND YOU A JOB
I have been applying to jobs on Glassdoor regularly for the past 6 months I’m convinced majority of them are AI generated. I’ve gotten no call backs and on top of that a few times I physically called the company they said was hiring and they said they were not hiring at all. Don’t use Glassdoor to look for a job. Indeed I actually get people responding back.
