App doesn’t work.
For as much as you pay for the base you’d expect the company to have a functioning app that works with regular updates. The alarm doesn’t work!! You set it and it won’t go off.

alarm function
The alarm function in the app is not reliable. You will can set the alarm and turn it on and the alarm will never go off.
Works just fine but only on one phone at a time
Just bought the Glideaway 500 and immediately downloaded the app. Glad to say all of the functionality on the app works perfectly (modes, light, going up & down). My main reason for the 3 star rating is that the Bluetooth will not recognize the base if it’s already connected to another phone. If you want both people to be able to control the base via the app, then be aware of this limitation.
Other feedback: the app is not ready for dark mode on iPhone (UI needs some minor improvements), and the app doesn’t show I’d the under light is on or off.
