Hello, LG?
The manual with the LG speaker literally says to get this app, with a QR code link, but then the app says the speaker isn’t compatible with the app. Honestly its hilarious how ridiculous that is.
That’s on top of the fact that LG doesn’t seem to realize that not all of their speakers have a bluetooth button, and that some of them just have an “F” (function) button to scroll through the input types.
They don’t even know their own products lol.

Worst app and sound bar I have ever had, went back to shop under warranty. They found nothing wrong with it. I get it back. The sound drops out. It loses the sub got a flick through all the options to optic and then I get it back then it goes then it comes back then it goes I’m over it.

We lost our remote and this app was good at first but it keeps disconnecting as we have out soundbar connected via optical. It connects to Bluetooth but doesn’t connect to the app as I’d like
