Doesn’t ever work
Always have issues with it with it connected to my LG TV it’s a nano 75 and my LG washing machine. I can’t even download an app on my TV because it says I need to sign in but I have the app on my phone and it’s not letting me sign in.
App Review
I like the app, but I wish there was more functionality in regard to the refrigerator temperature. I’m finding there is too great of a temperature fluctuation when I have it set to 33 or 34 degrees. It shouldn’t exceed 40 degrees but it gets as warm as 44 degrees. That’s not good for food!
Extremely intrusive
LG demands precise location just to connect to and maintain appliances I already own, and even tried to get permission to access my location while I’m not using the app. There is no reasonable need for LG to know exactly where I am throughout the day just so I can update my oven’s firmware. Basic appliance functionality should never be held behind invasive data permissions. Completely unacceptable.

not wired network compatible
I have an lg tv thats wired to my switch for internet connectivity. This app seems to require a wireless connection only. Useless for me.
Notification spam
There needs to be a way to adjust notifications. I need to know when to add rinse aid to my dishwasher, don’t need any other notification from it. There’s no way to adjust which notifications get sent and which don’t so it’s either I’m spammed with a bunch of useless messages I have to go through to find if it’s relevant or turn it all off altogether defeating the purpose of the app.
