TV remote control is not working!!!
I can't control my TV anymore since the new update! Please fix this, as I don’t have a remote control….
Deleted my devices
Like others have stated, the recent update deleted my devices and now I can’t add them again. I deleted and readded the app and now I can’t even log in!! 😡
Slow and terrible alternative to the remote
When you leave the app it takes way too long to open to remote again. Should be way quicker to change volume. This app is terrible
Ads instead of notifications
Completely garbage app. Turn on notifications to know when your laundry's done? Enjoy tons of ads masquerading as notifications too, that you can't turn off. Thanks LG!
Bad update
After this most recent update one of my tvs is no longer connected. I can see it in the setting but it is not showing up on the Home Screen or under Devices.

Love the party ice mode and the ice maker being hidden. This app is great for energy saving
App not working
The app doesn't let me add device then comes up with error box that says restart or report and when you click on report the same error pops up and the buttons are in another language and doesn't fix anything by restarting app
Won’t connect to tv
Won’t connect to lg c3 tv after recent update also they ruined the ui of their tvs and constant connection issues with WiFi just to start
Latest version upgrade
Not good, lost my TV which had worked for 3 years, and can’t find it on same WiFi.
Marketing notifications when such notifications are turned off
I just received a notification stating “Don't wait up for your laundry.
With the ThinQ app, you can set your laundry to finish whenever you'd like.”
I have notifications turned off for *everything* except notifications when a cycle has finished.

Very useful
I have a problem with losing things and one of them is my TV remote, which is probably why I made the best decision while downloading this app. It’s very easy to connect to your devices and it’s really convenient. It has some issues, but most of them is because I barely update the app. Very good, LG, very good.

Update wipes your device list
Just did my latest update, now I have to re add my services as they have vanished.
App stopped working
I live in the United States but my apple account was registered in Russia. Had app working for 2 years but after update (I was forced to install it!) I can no longer access to my account!!! It says this account was registered in United States and that in order to use services in Russia make new account! You are blocking me from using my account and controlling my washing tower!!!!

Can't connect app to tv since recent update.
Not only is this company spying on my every waking moment but they also broke the app to let me use my phone as a remote.

It would be far better if you improved your washing machines instead of an app i cant use because my in warranty washer is briken and you tell me you can’t find a engineer to fix it.
