Why do I need to sign in?
App is useless without an account, washing machine shouldn’t require an online account.
Fridge cools down very slow
I expected the refrigerator to cool quicker than 24 hours.
No privacy, very intrusive
I’m deleting this app after about five minutes of use. Signed up and you want my precise location in order to connect to a washing machine. That’s ridiculous. You don’t need a precise location to connect to a device that’s on the same Wi-Fi. Stop trying to sell our data!! Wish you cared about the customer more, you know technically you don’t need that data.

Lg refrig
I did a diagnostics on my app on my refrigerator and everything is not cool inside and it said that it was no problems detected. This is obviously not true since everything is spoiling.
Waste of time
It won’t connect to my brand new lg tv. Made me make a whole account which is a total waste of time
Good when it works
Needs improvement. Sometimes the app works just fine, no complaints. Other times all I can do is turn on my TV and then the app refuses to acknowledge the TV is on so I can access the remote features that load after. When this happens, it doesn’t even allow me to turn the tv off. To fix it I have to close the app multiple times and “turn on” the tv over and over, but sometimes when I open the app and push the power button it finally connects and turns the tv off so I have to turn it back on and at times go through the dance again. Not sure if it’s the LG tv updates causing the issue with the app but it’s gotten worse with time.

App works well but is VERY buggy
Every time i try to use the remote it says “not connected to internet” (even though i am) Or it just doesnt work at all. It is very helpful due to the fact that i lost my remote and it replaces it perfectly but the bugs make it very annoying.

Terrible remote function
The app is great itself but the remote glitches each time, it literally stops working in the middle of me choosing something to watch

Good, but needs a setting…
The app works well and does what it’s supposed to do. One annoyance is you can’t set the first day of the month for a/c electricity monitoring. I do not know of any utility in the world that bills from the first to the 30th. My billing starts on the 29th and ends on the following 29th when the meter is read. It would be nice to setup the 29th as the beginning of the cycle so I can see how much electricity is used for the billing month instead of the calendar month.

Too much junk
Just want y’all to know I opted out (deleted this app). I downloaded it to try and connect to my new tv…but just went for the normal remote... all the annoying policies, “make me give you my location always and first child”, password set ups, etc… like bruh. I just want to watch tv.
Absurdly Large
This app is over 900Mb just to check the washing machine. It could be written in a tenth of that space.
Cannot find my refrigerator…
LG cannot find my model number, despite me typing it in… taking a picture of the QR code… it tells me to push the WiFi button, even though my fridge doesn’t have a WiFi button… My fridge no longer exists to LG after they got my money.
App is so slow to load and bugs
So many bugs I’m not sure how this app has gotten slower over time. It now takes much longer to connect to the washer or dryer, and the app itself is slow to load and update device status. Occasionally, it gets stuck on a page and won’t load at all unless I force close it. On top of that, the company hasn’t updated the devices with newer display options or added recent features. If these issues are resolved, I’ll gladly update my rating to 5 stars—but until then, it’s a 1-star experience. WHERE IS THE FIX????

I have an LG xboom bounce and all I wanted to do was get an app so I could just see the battery level. But no. I have to create an ‘online account’ blah blah blah. I don’t want to do this., I just want to play music!!
