Wonky App
I have been having a hard time with this app since creating an account with glow fiber. When I log in sometimes I can see the devices on WiFi and other times It’s empty and says that nothing is connected to the Wi-Fi when our entire house is filled with smart devices and laptops and I know that’s not true. Recently random devices are showing as connected to my Wi-Fi that I can’t remove because the option is not available. It is only allowing me to pause Internet connection. I have tried everything to fix this to no avail. I’ve sent emails, I’ve called to speak with someone about this and I’m haven’t gotten anywhere and it is super frustrating to have devices and actual televisions connected to my Wi-Fi that I cant remove especially since I haven’t given Wi-Fi access info to anyone to connect to our home Wi-Fi… This thing needs to be addressed immediately

App Issues
This app has a lot of bugs. There’s devices connected to my network that won’t even show up in the app. The app will show my network as being down even though it’s working perfectly fine. The time limit controls for children are difficult to setup and don’t have an option for quick fix override.
Nothing works
Do you need to push an update? I can’t use anything in the app. Everything I tap on says “there was a delay, please try again.”

App need major improvements
Please fix this app, it is always telling me there is a delay and I need this to function properly. The service itself works well but the app is basically unusable. It tells me things are paused when they aren’t, I can’t see devices that connected until much later, and parental controls are cumbersome.

Good concept, if it worked
The app does not work more than half of the time. When it does “work”, it does not cut-off at the set time limit. Beyond frustrating!
Bad App, Good Service
I just started the service and it’s been very fast, very reliable. The app is TERRIBLE. It times out all the time, there are times when I try to assign a device to a person and it times out. There are times when it claims my router is down (even though it isn’t) but the satellites are working. It’s shocking how bad the app is and how often it crashes.

Fast and Reliable
I’ve been on Glo Fiber IQ for a few months now. I’ve never had service drop once.
The installation was quick and professionally done. The fiber routing was excellent and securely done both inside and outside my house.
I’ve called Glo Fiber about a broken lid at the junction point near the road exposing my connection to the elements. It was replaced the next day. They get things done.

Speed
We recently upgraded and doubled our internet speed. We have no problem with the speed and customer from Glo Finer. But the use and navigation of the app is slow, and doesn’t move or respond quickly as I would like and think it should. This is the only issue I have is the app moves to slow. Otherwise everything else has been excellent for my wife and wife, since we work remotely from home.

App no longer works
The app worked well when we switched to GloFiber in spring 2024. The app no longer works now—I get an error message telling me the app is unable to connect.
Crashes for me on start up each time
Running on an iPhone 16pro, I have tried multiple force closes, restarts, etc. but app crashes after a few seconds each time.
