The voice instructions are good. The visual is a lame intensity graph with a time bar. Often the activity doesn’t match with the intensity. No other visual instructions. You can only use iTunes music not Spotify. Won’t be purchasing any more classes.
Disappointing updates
I’ve had this app for years and enjoy the classes, but anytime I change my phone it doesn’t remember the classes I have previously purchased. So I always have to hit buy and hope the “you’ve already purchased this” screen comes up.
It worked for all but the latest update and I ended up paying for a class again. And now I know why.
The class is the same, but the order of the segments has been rearranged and different(worse) music swapped for some of the segments. Thus it’s a “new” workout that I haven’t purchased.
Kind of sketchy and it’s keeping me from downloading the other 5 classes I had previously bought.

Great fitness app but limited
Terrible App and no support
I purchased the workout from Dominik. The voice levels are too low and you cannot hear the instructions. I wrote to the developers but they do not respond. Avoid this app.

Says it's free but isn't you get a trial and have to pay for the coaches, the price seems a bit out of line. Also try getting an Australian to actually do your so called Dominik accent really come on????? We don't sound like that 😳

Bit weird
Dodgy pricing model (one class might be $5, the next $15) and what is the Dominik character's accent??? Don't love the front end design. Skyfit app is much slicker.

Downloaded this app and purchased a class. Was unable to open the class and is now gone. Wasted money.

I like the idea of spin classes from my phone and love the spin classes offered at studios around the city. Great idea for the app. The app is a bit glitchy and the intros are long. The classes are very expensive- same price as an in person class. They aren't worth the money in my opinion.

Each time I want to purchase a spin class it end up saying.. Being modified ! Please explain and fix.

Got to be the worst attempt at a workout that I've ever seen. I tried the free trial before purchasing workouts... There wasn't any motivation in the speech or music that makes you want to ride. The actual workout is just as terrible, it seems to be someone talking to you conversationally rather than an instructor.

Needs work
It's a shame they don't give you a full workout to see if you like the app. The free trial is a ten minute chat with a warm up. For the expense I would rather try it for a few workouts before I commit; instead I just dumped it and went looking for another app.
James spin
Disappointed with this app. Cannot skip ahead in Class. This morning I tapped my iPhone in error, was almost done the class, but was taken back to the beginning and I was stuck this is frustrating! Also cannot skip James this long-winded introduction, again cannot skip!

I have been using this app every day for a month. I really like the classes, but they are pricey. You can get get free classes on Youtube and elsewhere. But I'd be happy to pay if the app offered any value at all. Fact is, the app has almost no useful features. It's just a shell for selling expensive classes. The tracking thing is useless. The music thing is a joke--it only plays the 1st song on your playlist. I'd buy every class if the app did anything at all, but why bother? I officially feel ripped off. Time to move on!

I have been doing spinning classes at the gym for years and decide to give this a try as It has become harder to get to the classes at the gym. Absolutely love the spinning workout, now I can get my cardio in at any time.
Great app, takes up some space though
I've had this app now for a couple years and still love it, but it takes up over 3 GB on my iPhone 6, easily five times more than my next biggest program. Can you evaluate using podcasts for classes in the next version? Thanks!
Bought a class and can't use it
I downloaded Cycle 40 min Level 2b with coach Anthea. I was looking forward to coming after work and get on my spin bike and home. The class appeared to be downloading but it never did. I contacted customer service after 3 different attempts to "restore" the download. Needless to say, they told me to do the same thing. I tried a few more times. Nothing. Then I deleted the app and re-downloaded it, and tried to restore my purchase once again. Nothing. It's useless and I have asked to get a full refund already and they keep ignoring my request. This app is completely useless as well as its customer service. Don't wate your time.

Bad app poor service.
UPDATE: After writing the review belowI was contacted and was told how to get the classes which actually was successful! I enjoyed a 40 min spin class. Thanks for the help. Bought two cycle classes and neither of them load, restore, or come back after resetting the phone or deleting the app and reinstating it. Emailed the CS address and a week later I'm still waiting for a response. I'm very frustrated but more because I wanted those classes. Sarah's cycle coach app works GREAT! Just can't purchase new classes on it.

Fantastic app - a must have for fitness!!
This app is fab!! It really works. You feel like you've really had a workout at home. It's kept me fit and healthy for the past 3 years!!
I do the cycle classes 3-4 times a week and can honestly say I've never got bored - mind you I do have all the classes!! Lol
The customer service has been great too, after recent app problems, it's all eventually back up and running
I did think the bio clock but wasn't working, but I've just been informed this has now been removed from the app.
