Rubbish
I have to use it because Work mandates it so if only I could use WhatsApp. The functionality is such a low grade poor cousin compared to WhatsApp. Hate using it
Voice calling quality is terrible.
Basic text Messaging within my team works just fine but we upgraded to VoIP calling and the quality of calls is terrible. International calling unintelligible.
Clunky and frustrating
I’m getting texts from clients and can’t respond because the app won’t stay open. This app frequently has issues and is very clunky to use.

Clunky and slow
Clunky UI and performance. Desktop version is even worse. In an age where texting clients is imperative and should be easily accessible & user friendly, this app comes up terribly short.

Clunky and unable to do group whatsapp
Really need to improve the speed at which new messages load. Unable to have group whatsapp - why is it so hard??
Abysmal App
It’s what texting would be like in the 80s. I can’t even get notifications to work. I dread the day that we started using this app.
You want it to work like a text
It operates like MS-DOS. Totally not responsive. Hard to find contacts and add multiple people to a message thread. This app is built by idiots
Works well, nice integration
You only need this app if you are a Global Relay customer. But if you are, it works very well to bring their services together on your phone.
Clicking on “Archive” crashes the app
If you click on the Archive tab, the app force quits. Please fix

Clunky app
Limited functionality, challenging to navigate, and can’t see group chats.
Not compatible with apple car play
Should make it compatible with apple car play so I can receive messages while driving and not have to look at my phone.
Has to connect every time. Way too slow
Although I like to be in contact with my office, if I write a message and leave the app, when I come right back, it has to re-connect which take a few seconds. I wish it worked more like WhatsApp, which is instantaneous. Also, I wish the message would appear on the home screen so I didn’t have to connect for every “OK” message that I get.
