Be wary
If you feel like you ever want a refund they take 50% fee and the rest and non refundable global dollars. Support is limited as hell and uses super pushy sales tactics to try and get you to spent thousands on their whitelabelled services.

Stay away. These guys will take as much money as they can from you and if you have to make any changes to your trip, good luck to you and say goodbye to your money. Scam
Awful experience
I did the au pair program in italy. Once I arrived I wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone from the agency and was not able to get a refund on my flights back when they were delayed.
