Be wary
If you feel like you ever want a refund they take 50% fee and the rest and non refundable global dollars. Support is limited as hell and uses super pushy sales tactics to try and get you to spent thousands on their whitelabelled services.

Stay away. These guys will take as much money as they can from you and if you have to make any changes to your trip, good luck to you and say goodbye to your money. Scam
Awful experience
I did the au pair program in italy. Once I arrived I wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone from the agency and was not able to get a refund on my flights back when they were delayed.
STOP! DONT USE!
They have probably told you to download this app while on the phone with you.
Please research this company before using. There are some informative articles by the CBC, they will tell you they no longer scam people that but DONT BELIEVE THEM. They are very shady and create a false sense of urgency to secure a deposit. DONT! I have lost 300$ to them. You can never get it back, they will only redeem “store credit” for another trip. They do this because they know people don’t buy the full package after the deposit because they later find out about the companies malpractice.
