They put me to waiting list to later email me that im not approved to get into using metal card. What a useless data collection app.
Worst Organisation
The worst organisation to work with or to join in for any of the profile. They themselves don’t know whom to hire and how to run the process with no accountability, no proper management & lack of mindful communication knowledge. Anyone should think 1000 times to join this type of company ever in their career because they can simply play and ruin with someone’s career. As they preferably good at doing that please be aware and don’t take a risk to join this type of pathetic company where you’ll only waste your time and nothing much to do.

Not reliable
Doesn’t support Uber which is a basic necessity why you will need forex card initially for international travel . Lot of challenges for using alternatives to Uber app like Lyft.
Good app to manage your Forex card
I have been using this app multiple times for Singapore forex currency and it has been so quick and easy to manage. The team has always been very supportive and no glitches at all while traveling as all the transactions are available in app , email and WhatsApp. I highly recommend WSFX to all my friends too

Fabulous
Made my journey super smooth. Everyone in my group was asking about my forex card. I have never seen multi currency card like this. Additionally I got surprised freebies which are not at all expected. Thanks wsfx for making my first abroad trip super.
App not working
When i try to complete my profile, i am trying select address proof off but its not showing any thing when i click that option with selecting address proof i can not use my card i already loaded the money 300 pounds

App experience is too bad. While activating the account it’s crashing in the middle and I need to fill the form again from the beginning
Lot of bugs
There are numerous bugs and glitches in the application. The profile verification process is problematic, and the overall user experience is not intuitive. It feels outdated, and significant improvements are needed, especially in terms of using cards, loading money, updating profiles, etc.
