Been using it for a few days, it’s pretty straightforward. Would rate it higher if I could export class events to my calendar, seems like low hanging fruit these days

The classes are given in the am/pm(very flexible). Instructors make sure we get a good stretch before workouts. They do their homework, every class I’ve taken, learned a new exercise position, or did a new stretch! That’s a Rarity! The staff is personalized with each member and encouraging! Great job to the instructors Christian, Danny, Yahaira!

Overall a good app
Straightforward but useful app, my favorite kind!
My only piece of feedback is that the app uses a different domain than the website, so password managers don’t recognize them as being them as being the same.

When I book a class that shows it costs “1 Credit” and I confirm I have active credits available, it charges my credit card rather than using a credit. It never shows the dollar amount of the charge or that it’s going to bill my card.

I’m sweating in this class like with nothing else, and I feel like it works out my whole body.

Keeps taking money and won't let clients cancel
My coach shifred apps and they cannot get into their side yet the app keeps taking money without allowing the client to cancel. Frustrating and violating
Like It, But Could Be Better
I like this app a lot. It’s easy to register for classes and cancel if needed. I would really like to have a better way to see total visits per month. My health plan allows reimbursement for classes taken and I can’t easily show how many visits I had.
Changing studios
Need to find an easy way to change studios instead pf having to log out and log in again

My barcode dose not appear, now I cannot sign in the gym

Search your city error message
App was working fine until a few days ago. The only option I have is to search by city and even then my studio doesn’t come up. Not sure how I will make adjustments to my schedule
Good except…
Mostly it works. Sometimes it loses track of what day of the week it is. Sometimes it just locks up and I have to reboot, or log out and back in again, or even reinstall.
Bad app
You need your phone to get into the gym, I didmt take my phone b4. Can’t add it to Apple Watch either which would nbe more convenient
Credits disappear!
I’ve been using this app to sign up for classes for two years. THREE times it has made credits disappear! I’ll purchase a bundle of 4 credits. Then, I sign up for one class. Next, I check my credit total and “poof” I’m down to 2 credits. It’s gotten to where I no longer trust this app.
Bad
They don’t have the feature from the websites which lets you check how many are in the gym. Also doesn’t let you cancel memberships or anything
