Customizing Difficult
The 40 characters for customization/modifying is not enough to ensure orders are consistently accurate. Very difficult to make simple substitutions.
Want to look at a menu before ordering
I wanted to see the menu before ordering but this app won’t let me do that. I did the website but it’s no help either! It seems I need to pick a location first. Grrrrr.
Curbside pickup - step up in customer service required
I sat in my car for over 10 minutes and never had anyone come out to the curbside pickup area. I finally went in and was greeted at the door with my food.
It was just a salad with the chicken missing and almost warm cheese fries. I walked it back inside and definitely interrupted the conversation being had by 3 personnel. The young man who took my bag was quick and courteous fixing my order.
Management needs to provide guidance and oversight. This is not the first time this has happened and customer service is lacking.
