Terrible customer service

Really awful customer service - order was over 2hrs 20 late, and they did nothing. I had to leave the house as I couldn’t wait anymore and they wouldn’t cancel or refund the order. Avoid at all costs or use alternatives.

The customer agent Esma was super unhelpful and gave me wrong information.
