Awesome free blood sugar app.
I started with this app before I started with a CGM for my Diabetes, it really helped me keep track of my sugars. I frequently recommend this app to my ER, and Urgent Care patients while I was still in clinical practice when they learned they were diabetic and needed to track their blood sugars ( I have been retired for 2 years now )

Stopped working
It recently stopped working. It starts and when I try to add a weight entry the app crashes.
Weight Tracking Log
Since you updated glucose buddy two days ago, whenever I attempt to add a weight log it won’t allow me to put a different weight in. When I try to do so it cancels the app out and immediately returns to Home Screen as if I was never in the app.
Unable to cancel
It renewed my subscription without notice, and did not respond to my request to cancel. There is no cancel option anywhere on the app.
Don’t understand!
Why was the app $1.99? You still need to purchase a subscription if you want it to work!
Good app but No support
I’ve enjoyed this app for 4 years, paying for the premium version. Over 1week ago, I was kicked out and could not sign in with my user name/password or successfully request a new password. I Wrote several times to “tech support “. No response in over 1week so I had to go to another Glucose app and lost my premium fee that I had just renewed for /year on 12/25/24

I love being able to track my blood sugars over time
The size of the circle indicates in a dramatic way how high my levels are. I like the ease of the tags and notes.
4 Years and still going!
I love using this Glucose Buddy app to monitor my food intake and carbs… I was able to hook it up with my phone to also monitor my step count. The paid version is worth it if you want more functionality like monitoring your A1C.

Great App, I’m happy with it and use it everyday. I would like it better if it interfaced better with Apple Health.
Most Foods in Database Lack Carb Counts
I already had this app on my phone when I switched to the Dexcom G6, so I figured I would pay the premium to connect. Well, today I found out Azumio isn’t really serious about maintaining this app. I came to this conclusion after testing a couple other apps that offer the same or better functionality. Also, their online support community is nonexistent, as it has 17 posts, period, over the past 4 years. Doing a search on their support page doesn’t return even one result for “carb.” I have no clue where they are getting all these positive reviews.
The Meal IQ functionality is of limited value, but I expected that. That leaves the need for manual entry, but of the foods that can be searched for, most don’t have carbs as part of the nutritional data. Yet, those same foods are marked with a green asterisk, saying “nutrition verified.” What’s up with that? The choices that do have carb information tend to be commercial and restaurant products, so if you cook at home this app is doesn’t cut it.
Anyway, after only 2 weeks of using the app I’m giving it up, and I’m sure Azumio has no desire to refund my $29.99. There are a lot of other apps out there that are offering free trials, and what I think will turn out to be superior functionality.

Good App But….
I’ve been using this app for over a decade. My only gripe is they keep removing features or make them available only if you subscribe to their premium version. I know it’s in their business plan but sooner or later, I may have to look for another way to track my blood glucose levels.

No stars. Very misleading
I paid close to $3.00 and then in order to access features you are required to pay close to $50.00. I actually paid for a useless tile on my screen.

Doesn’t work on my iPhone X
I downloaded app and purchased subscription as I wanted to use with my Dexcom G6. I set up my user info and etc. The app froze once I tried to link my G6. After that, it only opens to the glucose Buddy app’s opening screen and freezes there. I’ve deleted it and tried to reinstall a few times, but I can’t get passed the initial logo screen.
