Diabetic friendly

Easy to use gives you good information nutritional value I’ve been using it for years

Indispensable

Je l'emploie depuis plusieurs années, cette app m'a guidée dans mes efforts pour atteindre un poids santé et continue à suivre mon alimentation.

Best I've tried and continually expanding.

I've used mynetdiary for a number of years and it has continually improved. Best development was Diabetese Tracker, medication tracking, and blood sugar in particular. Very robust and easy to use. Only wish - better estimate of caloric burn with exercise tracking. Not aware of any other comprehensive app that does it either. Best app of its kind that I've used.

Beating Diabetes App

Love this app! I have been using it occasionally for over 10 years. Yes occasionally I start a diet and stop over and over and over. Last week I started “Reversing Diabetes “ by Dr Neal Barnard. This app is making the experience a complete game changer combined with a winning spirit that lets data remind me how great I am doing and the feedback along wit serious results for a winning team spirit. I am committed to 21 day program and I plan to keep doing this to documents my successes and even a failure or two. I keep track of all I eat and consume both foods and supplements. I wish it would allow for insulin doses in Dexcom G7 data to transfer from Apple health too. I want to see carb, fat to insulin graph data. I’m not sure insulin data transfers to Apple though health. I reached out to service and MND got back right away. Great service too!!!! Highly recommend this app. Diabetic 2 since 1999.

Great for tracking, could have more variety.

I subscribe mostly to track carbs for insulin doses. I love importing recipes and modifying to meet my dietary needs.
I try to follow the low carb diet, it would be great if each week the meals were different.
