Not at all happy with this app So disappointed I had to pay to find out it’s not what I wanted . Canceled the app within a a couple of hours . Sure would like a refund on my money
My suggestion
I n my opinion when you start monitoring your glucose application supposed give you number of your glucose, it not suppose to be guess. I need to know what exactly is my glucose after making measurements, not doing many times in different numbers.
Great Customer Support
I found out after I downloaded the Glucose app that it doesn’t connect to Bluetooth (MY BAD… NOT THEIR FAULT)! I should have read the description! I contacted customer support. Andrei got back to me immediately and was very helpful and friendly. I contacted him a couple more times to say thank you and ask his advise and he got back to me immediately each time. The little bit I saw of the app after downloading, I could tell it’s an excellent app but I do need Bluetooth. Thanks Andrei!
Apple did refund me since I immediately deleted it and cancelled all in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Apple!

Reviewers… Don’t give the app creators a hard time… the app creators CAN NOT refund you… ALL money transactions go through APPLE (orAndroid) ONLY… Again, app creators can not do a refund… contact Apple or Android. Also, being a retired computer engineer, study and analyze the description. Just because it shows a phone in the add doesn’t mean you can stick a test strip in the phone and read your glucose level or hold the phone to your arm and it will read you BP, etc, etc.

Not What I Expected
I got this expecting to have something that actually looked at your glucose not merely tracking it after you get your numbers from a meter,etc and then inputting them yourself. To me the image on the illustration is a bit misleading. And then there is no option to take a test of the program at no risk, at least I didn’t see that as an option. So now I have a program that is useless to me for a year. So beware.

Does nothing!! Do not waste your money
Lacks features
Needs more development, lacks ability to connect to CGM or pump or a meter, it’s all manual. Side note: it is spelt Diarrhoea, not Diarrea. Add Cold/Cough as a “feeling” since it’s a common winter ailment. Glad I only paid for 1 month. I can’t see myself using it at all in its current form.
Not what I expected
This says it is a glucose monitor. This is not a monitor. This cannot get your blood sugar without you sticking your finger and using a glucometer. This is just a place to keep track of your results. Waste of money.

Measure your blood glucose elsewhere. Enter it yourself. Not what I wanted or what I expected. A total waste of £9.99
False claims
I bought this app for 2999 for the year and it has no way the ability to check your glucose. You added it all in yourself, which is not what it advertises.
