Bad App
This app needs some major overhaul. Can’t even submit and order without it glitching out.
I love GNC, but…
I’ve been subscribed to GNC for years. My last delivery of protein, over a hundred dollars, wasn’t received and they didn’t want to resend my product. I literally spent hundreds of dollars on GNC and it was upsetting that they basically said that I’m out of my money and I feel after all the money I’ve spent, I should at LEAST be reimbursed ONE TIME. Nevertheless, I’m still going to buy their products

pro member terribly dissatisfied with app
every time I have TRIED to order something through this app it goes horribly. I mean absolutely the biggest waste of time and energy.
it’s infuriating and upsetting,
i pay GNC hundreds maybe thousands every year.
and all I want it service and and a software experience that I can rely on.
i get 2 day shipping and it’s been over 48 hours and my order HASN’T EVEN BEEN PROCESSED.
I have to call support every fn time I try to order something because it never actually goes through apparently.
just god awful.
why even have an app if your users cannot order without a terrible headache of a terrible app experience.

App and Store Disjointed communication
Made an in store pickup order and got an email it was cancelled. I called the store and they reserved the same product for me for pickup. Store rep said he had no idea why the app cancelled the order considering they were not open when I ordered. I just deleted the app since it’s clearly not helpful to have.

Login fail
No option to login with google on the app.
Password Reset/Login
Been trying for literally a month and a half to login. Signed up in store , get emails about my points all the time. But every time I try to sign in it says password is wrong but I know it isn’t. Go to rest password link and every time I try it never sends me a email to do it just terrible .

App used to work mostly fine, but now it doesn’t work in the slightest. If I’m viewing the product it says my store has them in stock, but says shipping only when I go to checkout. Finally got it to work and when I pressed place order it just loads forever and never processes the order
Beyond Usable
How has this app been glitchy for years. I’ve had the app for 5+ years and the app has all ways been glitchy. Get it together GNC.
App is TRASH
This app is total trash. It’s nothing but glitches and you can barely order anything. You’re lucky to get whatever you do order. It will allow you to order things and then they cancel it in the background never say anything and just don’t send it to you.
Garbage app
Search for availability for in store pick up, it shows available , you click order and then it says unavailable and Apple pay doesn’t work. Slow and glitchy. You guys would get more business if th app was fixed tbh. Vitamin shoppe app works perfect though

Search by availability for in store pickup, go to check out, not available for in store pickup. Every single time! Also Apple Pay through the app has never worked

Glitchy at best
I have made online orders in the past. As of now I have submitted 2 orders and both have failed. The first one GNC cancelled with no notice no email nothing. I called them and they said the items were out of stock. I had a second order and now non of my orders show on my account and the order numbers appear to be invalid. Come on GNC do better!!!!!

Location Services
I’m not sure what bugs you claim to be fixing, but it sure isn’t the location services pop up that has plagued the app for a year. I don’t know why you can’t seem to fix this. On some pages, that pop up shows up 3x stacked on one another.
Not good!!!
The app is not good at all. It’s never worked good but it updated this morning and now I can’t even log in. It just loops through and when I key in my credentials it goes back to the app as if I didn’t attempt to sign in. Terrible. I will just use the website.
God awful app
Slow and unresponsive. More often than not it will just do nothing as I click buttons

Your device location services are disabled. This pop up has plagued this horrible app for ages. Why isn’t someone fixing it?
