New update is broken
Since the new update, I cannot sign in to my account or search for anything. Please fix.

This app sucks just like gnc. Spend tons of money only for the app to never work correctly and the people from the call center never have an answer other than sorry for the inconvenience
Buggy
A company of this size should not have an app this full of bugs. It’s frustrating to use every time. It should be embarrassing to GNC.
A huge glitchy mess
I ended up ordering from a competitor because your app is so horrible and I gave up I would login and it would still not have me logged in and prompt me to continue logging in and then I would get errors. What a hot mess.

The app keeps crashing I think that it’s time for an update.

Probably the most frustrating app I have on my phone. Every time I go to order something I know it’s gonna take me 30 min to get the app to work

App is incredibly outdated. Constantly freezes. Making purchasing what I need incredibly difficult. Buy your supplements else where.
August 2026 update and still broken down junk pile
Now the app just crashes without even opening. At least that’s honest communication with the customer about the app quality.
Old review: The entire health points system never works. Clicked on any notification just gets a blank white screen. Constantly have to restart the app and now even that doesn’t work anymore. Why don’t you fix this? The keyboard input for health data has zero functionality because you have to find the one target pixel to activate the key press. Multiple devices and multiple versions. Always a Garbage app insults its users and it follows the decline in iOS functionality after every update which is really a downgrade!

Very slow to respond, and in many cases hangs up. Graphics do not display well. It took me 3 tries to pay with PayPal because App hung up the process.

GNC needs better app
App is extremely unstable and unreliable. You select instore pickup in search criteria and when you look at your cart it shows nothing selected is available for pickup. You type in a common search criteria…clear Protien… it tells you nothing matches your criteria. All it’s basically good for is researching product stats and even that is unreliable at times. Better off just going into store.

Bad App
This app needs some major overhaul. Can’t even submit and order without it glitching out.
I love GNC, but…
I’ve been subscribed to GNC for years. My last delivery of protein, over a hundred dollars, wasn’t received and they didn’t want to resend my product. I literally spent hundreds of dollars on GNC and it was upsetting that they basically said that I’m out of my money and I feel after all the money I’ve spent, I should at LEAST be reimbursed ONE TIME. Nevertheless, I’m still going to buy their products

pro member terribly dissatisfied with app
every time I have TRIED to order something through this app it goes horribly. I mean absolutely the biggest waste of time and energy.
it’s infuriating and upsetting,
i pay GNC hundreds maybe thousands every year.
and all I want it service and and a software experience that I can rely on.
i get 2 day shipping and it’s been over 48 hours and my order HASN’T EVEN BEEN PROCESSED.
I have to call support every fn time I try to order something because it never actually goes through apparently.
just god awful.
why even have an app if your users cannot order without a terrible headache of a terrible app experience.

App and Store Disjointed communication
Made an in store pickup order and got an email it was cancelled. I called the store and they reserved the same product for me for pickup. Store rep said he had no idea why the app cancelled the order considering they were not open when I ordered. I just deleted the app since it’s clearly not helpful to have.

Login fail
No option to login with google on the app.
Password Reset/Login
Been trying for literally a month and a half to login. Signed up in store , get emails about my points all the time. But every time I try to sign in it says password is wrong but I know it isn’t. Go to rest password link and every time I try it never sends me a email to do it just terrible .

App used to work mostly fine, but now it doesn’t work in the slightest. If I’m viewing the product it says my store has them in stock, but says shipping only when I go to checkout. Finally got it to work and when I pressed place order it just loads forever and never processes the order
