Suddenly cannot log in
Started using it a couple of weeks ago. All of a sudden, I could not log in. The issue has been there for two days and still has not been fixed. Am deleting the app.

So good, I cannot get past the first screen to order.
Can’t enter queue immediately, forced to order for future time
This would only be useful if we could actually place our order in the queue in real time.
Unfortunately the app forces you to pick a time in the future, in 15 minute increments (why isn’t “now” an option?). When the line is too long for the kiosks, how wonderful would it be if you could just immediately order on your phone?! But no, even if the kiosk line wait is 10 minutes, you’re still going to get your food more quickly if you wait in the long line vs order through the app.
The only use for this app is if you’re someone who’s work schedule is predictable and allows you to plan out your exact cafeteria arrival times far in advance (but not so far in advance that the cafeteria hasn’t opened yet, because you can’t place an order until it has, even for future times for some reason).
