this is the worst app i’ve ever used
Can never login
I’ve tried multiple times over the last 6 months to login to the account I already created with this app. I get as far as selecting which location I want to order food from and then get kicked out. Completely worthless
App is TRASH
This app crashes ALL THE TIME!!! In order to unfreeze the app, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. This is so frustrating and the app needs to be overhauled for it to be at bare minimum: “decent”.
This is the worst
Our company just switched to this and it’s absolute garbage. Frequently you put in an order and it says received but never actually orders. Navigation is a pain. Tracking is hit or miss. You think you ordered because you receive confirmation but you have to check your bank account/credit card statement to see if it immediately refunded because there is no other notification. So rather than taking 10 mins for your order it’s now over an hour by the time you figure out their trash app dropped your stuff. This is so unacceptable. There is no excuse for how bad this is in this day and age.

Missing Features, Bad UI
This app is missing some useful features such as feedback for the restaurant if there’s an issue with your order. I also find the user interface hard to use. It’s not intuitive on how to navigate backwards instead of canceling your order. Also dislike how you can’t view multiple food areas at your company in one screen. You have to constantly cancel or go back out of your order and then scroll through a location menu to find what you’re looking for. I think a redesign would go a long way
