Don’t even bother
This app is terrible. The UX is not intuitive.
Terrible
The app simply doesn’t work. I tried to order and kept getting error messages saying the payment wasn’t processed. I tried several times for it to go through only to give up. Little did I know that the app was charging me for each attempt. They owe me money now for food I never received
Worse than the last app, food prices make no sense
This app is dumb. There’s no way to leave feedback except by review, the UI is unintuitive, and the companies using the app don’t add proper descriptions. Do yourself a favor and eat your own food. Waste of money buying through the app.
Horrible App
This app is hard to use, and poor UI and buggy. It’s designed to constantly remind you that you work in a corporate hellscape. Pack your own lunch.

Company moved to this. Terrible UI flow and not easy to use.
New Dining App
Easy to download and set up. Added credit card no problem. Can add dietary restrictions or allergens directly in app!

Glitchy. Logs you out all the time. Regularly doesn’t let you log in
Does not work at all
Aramark took over food service at my employer and recommended we use this app for functions like ordering lunch. I’ve tried to use it several times on my iPhone. The app simply does not work. By this I mean functions like tapping a button, entering info etc do not work. The app just sits there. Setup process for it is also ridiculously complicated. I have not even been able to reach the point of accessing a food menu with this app after three separate attempts to set up an account on three different days. Out of the hundreds of apps I’ve used in my life I can safely say this is one of the bottom ten. I have given up and deleted it.

Barely functional
Guessing the budget for this app was zero. It’s made to be very manual. Constantly have to input the same info every time it’s used. Update now I don’t even get my order. If your company leverages this service just plan to bring your own lunch.
Unusable
This app is allegedly how I would order lunch from my company cafeteria in Tampa. When I login it says there are no nearby locations so I can’t do anything.
Abandoned, don’t bother
My work website states it uses this app for food pick up but just like everyone else has said, it can’t detect location or even search for one. It looks like it’s been 3 years and not a single fix, so no one can even use this junk app. Don’t bother.
Most Awkward App Ever
I use this app a couple of times a week and find it very awkward. Selecting options does not flow smoothly. The payment still does not work consistently. It is difficult to figure out how to reuse a saved credit card and I end up reentering it each time. It also does not recognize a previously entered card so you have to enter all the information over and over.

Broken scanner
The camera for scanning items is stuck on the front facing selfie view. Can’t change it no matter what, renders the app useless

Doesn’t identify location.
Menu is not a menu
Why is menu so nested in. Menu should be a simple page like a restaurant. We don’t need to pick nested menus. Just want to see all available dishes in easy view. Think simplicity please.
Unable to create account and no support links work
Tried to register for my work restaurant but the app says my phone number is already in use but there is now way to contact the support team to work out if I have a login. All the support links are broke or lead to a login page that says I need to register. Stuck in a failing loop.
