Mobile deposit
Having a very difficult time, depositing checks or creating a deposit from another bank account. Saying difficult is not enough it won’t happen.
A great improvement might be
Hi… only problem I’ve had with this app is it doesn’t sense the edges of the check causing multiple retakes. Or does the app get confused when the check stub is still attached?
Inaccurate
I could not make transfer within my account because “this loan is overdue” but I have no loan. Turns out that I owed $20 plus 3.32 for a late credit card payment. I made that payment thinking that I had put the matter to rest. I now check all of my accounts weekly. For weeks, well over a month, I open my dashboard and it says my card balance is $0. Why would it show that if I have a balance due?

Easy to use and convenient
I love this app. It’s so much easier to keep track of checking and savings and to transfer money and it was before this technology. Also, customer service is excellent.
GNW is the best
We belonged to GNW before we retired to CA. After my husband passed in 2023 I came home to be with my family and there was never a question as to where to put my money.

Where are the transactions with balances connected? Cannot see what’s real, just a number
UNINFORMED ABOUT REJECTED CHECK DEPOSIT
I Tried to deposit my check a day ago and I was NOT informed when I called the bank for instructions on how to deposit a check this way that I needed to also include the name of the bank with my signature on the back causing my check to be rejected!I was not informed that it was rejected and it was only when I noticed that it wasnt in my acct that I was told it had been rejected!Now a transaction is going thru and I hope I will not be charged for an overdraft charge because of this!This was my first time ever using this electronic Deposit service.

Easiest upgrade ever!! I love that I can send money again! It was frustrating when that went away last upgrade. And it’s so easy to use and see all my accounts. It took less than 2 minutes to get logged on AND all my bill pay stuff moved over. Thank you Great NorthWest!!

the new app is overly complicated and no longer provides a widget for quick view of accounts
Love the New App
This app is so much better than the old app. Easier to navigate, easier to log in, and can do soooo much more than the old app! Love my credit union continues to upgrade so that we can have easier access to our accounts whenever it’s needed!

Doesn’t Work
Keeps replacing app with a new app every couple years is annoying. Now both new and old app have server issues and unable to do mobile banking, extremely annoying and very inconvenient.
